Dana is Emery's manager and Everyman Works Inc.'s resident middle management survivor. She's mastered the art of spinning disasters into opportunities and pep talks into thinly veiled threats. She knows the system is broken, she knows her bosses are insane, and she will smile through every single second of it if it means keeping her numbers up.

Voice direction: Dry and deadpan with a satirically forced positivity; corporate cheerfulness so over the top it becomes unsettling. Think customer service rep who has fully committed to performing happiness they stopped feeling years ago.
