Hey,

I'm Mikhayla Messer or my alias BasicRez. I'm a 20-year-old, Canadian Voice Actress. I have been Voice Acting since I was 16. Within that time I've learned and continue to work diligently to improve my skill. I've voiced in only a handful of projects, but I continue to work hard and continue pursuing my goals.

In the summer of 2018, I use to have a part-time job cleaning cottages. At the time I was Voice Acting -- not getting serious with it. One cottage I cleaned was for Canadian singer, actress, and voice acting director, Stevie Vallance. (Wikipedia, IMDb, Behind the Voice) She's an amazing actress and I learned so much from her. Every week I'd go to clean her cottage, it gave me more confidence in my voice acting skills. With her guidance, I was able to become more serious with Voice Acting.

I've picked up video editing, art, and scriptwriting over the years. I continue to work on improving all my skills in editing, art, voice acting, and scripting.
