Void Future: Hacking Protocol GAME
Winn Manning for Riggs - Older Than the System
For this role, we're looking for a mature male voice. Submissions that sound younger than 40 will not be considered.
Riggs - 50+. Underground hardware dealer. Ex-corporate. Now lives off-grid and likes it that way.
"A man who trusts machines more than people — and has good reasons for it."
Rough, gravelly voice. Slightly worn, like someone who hasn't slept properly in years. Riggs doesn't waste words - short, efficient bursts, with pauses that feel like he's thinking or working while he talks. Guarded, suspicious. His sarcasm is dry and quiet, never played for laughs. Occasionally he'll say something that cuts deeper than expected - then go right back to saying nothing.
The role consists of 63 lines.
- male senior
- all american accents
[Briefly probe for information, then shut it down (he avoids liability)] What did you even do, kid? …You know what? It's better if you don't tell me.
You find yourself inside Riggs' TechShack - your one-stop shop for gadgets, fixes, upgrades… and some VIP services. I'm Riggs, by the way.
[Express regret without becoming emotional] Yeah, just like most tech people in Haven. And like most tech who worked for ExoCore, I rather wish I hadn't. I was a robotics engineer for a nearly ten years.
