This is my own serial killer OC Lilith she's a child who was born with an intent to kill and has the strange ability to absorb remnant from people she kills to stay young as a child she gets adopted constantly goes family to family until she gets adopted by one family that she didn't get to kill all of the family members of and she ends up killing the main characters sister who will later become a version of circus baby she continues her killing for the fun of it make her voice sound cute and innocent and higher toned until killer mode is activated now it's all of that but toned darker.
