He believes that movement is a chaotic sin and that the world's only hope for peace is total, unchanging rigidity. He doesn't just hunt Sonic, he views Sonic as a "glitch" in his perfect masterpiece of a world.
Voice TraitsAge: Late 30s to early 50s. A voice that carries the weight of a thousand years of "Rigor."
Tone: Extremely deep, resonant, and staccato. He doesn't waste breath. Every word is a heavy stone dropped into a quiet pool.
Texture: Gravelly but controlled. There is no screaming, Wolf is so confident in his power that he never needs to raise his voice.
Wolf should sound oppressive. When he speaks, the listener should feel like the air is getting thicker. He speaks with "Absolute Certainty."
