If a particular hero has already been casted, you can still audition as a secondary player of that hero! Just say any lines you want, whether from in-game or from improv.
Please state either in the recording or in the comments section of your audition what hero you are auditioning for, especially if you are improvising.

This auditon was for Tracer~ I had planned to audition for the actual Tracer part, but was five minutes too slow for sending it in. So, I took my audition lines and added some extra lines and a little improv at the end. I don't have PS4 anyway, but I still submitted because I'd love to be a part of the webcomics project if you end up pursuing it!
