GTA V "The Shadow People"

Doug is a good man, he lives in his home and sticks to doing his own thing. He is curious about a lot of things and one of them has always been finding the shadow people. He has been too scared to make contact with them until now. He is nice, confident, and brave.
I live in a small town called Woodbury. It is beautiful here and the people are very nice. I've been here since I was a child. All is well here, nothing bad.
Legend has it that on December 4th at midnight, you can look out the window and you will see shadow people walking around. People say that they are the spirits of the dead from the nearby cemetery, others say that their spirits are of the old people of Woodbury.
These events are the reason people do not want to go out and make contact with them. The city has informed the government, but they say that if they have not seen it, it is not real. The thing is that it only happens once a year. And this year I am going to try to get in contact with them.
