They're rather blunt, cold, and oblivious. Also rather anti-social. You could outright hit on them and they'd take it as either a joke or something platonic. They lack a sense of humor, taking everything seriously. The only time they do crack a joke is in a rather dark scenarios, in an attempt to make their peers more comfortable, which usually backfires. Their heart is in the right place, though. They're also sympathetic...-ish.
