the Wicked Witch of the East returns with a role that doesn't involve a house being dropped on her! She is evil, fake, and pretends to be kind to her prey.

Since "Of Oz" is a fantasy / half-comedy, I won't be relying too much on the musical aspect of things, though having the chosen voice actress sing small bits here and there would be an incredible plus.
