the Talking Tree, aka Velutina, is a citizen of Oz who spends her days living like a tree. She is incredibly elegant, and is much in touch with nature. She is not a villain, she is 100% good.

Since "Of Oz" is a fantasy / half-comedy, I won't be relying too much on the musical aspect of things, though having the chosen voice actress sing small bits here and there would be an incredible plus.
