Hugo is the man behind the asssassination of Kal. He's the secondary ring leader of a cult and has a real leaders voice. He's tough, resiliant and doesn't back down very easily. He's 25 and his voice is very soothing, but at the same time can be the most intimidating voice you'll ever here.

The character was described as tough, intimidating, and resilient, but the lines are soft and emotional. I'll just say that better lines could have been used for representing the description, but I gave it the best I could with more emotion, less tough-guy.
