Toffee Alaski is one of the Member of the Hierarchy of Conjurers. He was born as a Creator along with Synmetri as his twin brother, they leave the city to try to become a "True" Creator but when he met a varmint, they became gullible but ended up betrayed by them and stole a Varmints Soul he killed by putting it inside his gun as a weapon as a punishment for their actions
