This is simply a normal businessman. That’s all. He’s totally not hiding a large, world-ending beast in his briefcase that can become agitated at a moment's notice. That would be absurd, because this beast also likes Biscoff, which is why the world has been left alone. It doesn’t help that the dead want to steal Smog’s Biscoff; and maybe Thour’s soul.
