Gira could care less. Gira appears to be a two-faced woman, supporting her cousin in private yet slandering and bemoaning having to put up with them at outings. Despite this, Rubbers is wholeheartedly dedicated to Gira and will defend her honor on her behalf for some reason.
Gira is a little bit of a nerd but tries to act like she is all hot shit. She has a little bit of a sense of superority, but is overall a sentimental person.
Gira has a medium-low ranged voiced, a little bit androgynous, with a sharp edge. Additionally, she is Black so I would prefer a Black VA to perform this role.
