Frisk I demand you slow down! I do not have legs!!
(doing a role call) And I am THE BLEB!!!
Yes! Good! Be in awe of the Bleb!
Your voice is amazing! I really saw he character coming out in your voice. It sounds spectacular!
Awe, hey thanks so much :) That means a lot to me!
I don't much like the voice for the character, but you have such tremendously awesome inflection here, everything sounds natural, not stilted, you obviously have some skill.
I'm not the greatest at doing different voices, but I also didn't want to try something that sounds Unnatural for me, better to have one good voice than a bunch of bad ones, right? But regardless, thank you ^^ I take pride in making sure my inflection is as good as it can be given the situation! :)
Some of the best voice actors have basically the same voice throughout their roles, what changes is their inflection, or rather, the "acting" part, you're doing just fine, for my money. :D
Well thank you very much <3
i must ask how do you get you quality to sound like that
Well, I have like a $300 XLR studio quality mic, there really aren't any secrets to having good quality audio aside from spending money ^^"
i use a shure sm7b and it dont sound like that maybe its set up wrong
Ahhhh, well the good ol' SM7B cAN sound really good. It all depends on your situation. It could be a number of things, the distance between you and the microphone, whether or not you have a pop filter, the angle of the microphone in relation to you (the speaker) etc. SM's, being a dynamic mic, also have a darker EQ response, so they have more low end and less high end, they won't sound as crisp or as bright as the Condensor I used here, but that shouldn't take away from the quality of the sound. SM's usually require high gain though (as most Dynamic's do) so you could be getting a bit of noise floor along with the mix. But a lot of factors play into getting the right quality :)
what mic you use
My mic is an Aston Origin large diaphragm condensor mic, it's like a new British model or something, i like it quite a lot!
I'm taking several audio production courses in college, so I'm only reall just delving into the realm of good audio, you seem to know your stuff, any advice for an audio newbie?
