Tuff is Tiff's younger brother, unlike his sister. He's mischievous, rambunctious, and has no interest in learning completely the opposite from his sister. He typically spends his days playing with the other cappies. Other times he'll tease Kirby or pull pranks on King Dedede. Even though he's not friendliest to Kirby he'll assist him in battle whenever needed and often cheers from the sidelines with his sister Tiff.
