Reggieis a man in his late forties. He is a retired military man and the co-owner of the Royal Choice Shelter for the lost. He is the father figure for many of those who pass through his doors. He has since retired from his role in The Purge and now serves as a mentor to The Circus.
- IN THE MASK - As he no longer participates, only rumors are left about his time on the streets. Many say that he is a merciless man, slaughtering those who either wronged him or those under his wing. They say that he was one of the top players in the manipulation game.
- OUT OF THE MASK - As himself, Reggie is a sweet gentleman. He may not make the most sense when he speaks but it is still advice taken to the heart. Acting as the voice of reason for many of his protegees, Reggie is credited for turning the lives of so many people into something worth living
