Update: Sonicmega made an interesting suggestion for another way you could voice Asriel if you so desire. Asriel is the embodyment of evil in the land of Undertale. He/She is hellbent on destroying all of existence solely for his/her own amusement. He/She speaks in a very condecending and demonic voice. This role is going to be unique, as it's going to require TWO voice actors. The reason for this is that one person is going to be the evil voice that is Asriel's primary voice. The other voice is going to be the voice of the child within Asriel. As the battle nears it's end you'll slowly be able to make out the child, who's been ever-present since the start of the battle if you were to listen closely. When Asriel is defeated, the child will take control.
Because of this, I'm asking for anyone auditioning to specify if they're going for Asriel, the child, or both, at the beginning of the recording.
*voice low, taunting, and menacing*
Finally. I was so tired of being a flower. Howdy! King, are you there? It's me, your best friend.
ASRIEL DREEMURR!
You know, I don't care about destroying this world anymore. After I defeat you and gain total control of the timeline, I just want to reset everything. All your progress. Everyone's memories. I'll bring them all back to zero! Then we can do everything ALL over again!
And you know what the best part about all this is? You'll DO it. And then you'll lose to me again. And again. And again!!! Because you want a happy ending. Because you "love your friends." Because you "never give up." Isn't that delicious? Your "determination." The power that let you get this far... It's gonna be your downfall!
Now, ENOUGH messing around! It's time to purge this timeline once and for all! ...Even after that attack, you're still standing in my way...? Wow... You really ARE something special. "Frisk?" That's... a nice name. Frisk. I haven't felt like this for a long time. As a flower, I was soleless. I lacked the power to love other people. However, with everyone's souls inside me, I not only have my own compassion back, But I can feel every other monster's as well. They all care about each other so much. And... They care about you too, Frisk. I wish I could tell you how everyone feels about you. Papyrus... Sans... Undyne... Alphys... Toriel. Monsters are weird. Even though they barely know you, It feels like they all really love you. Haha...

Frisk... I... I understand if you can't forgive me. I understand if you hate me. I acted so strange and horrible. I hurt you. I hurt so many people. Friends, family, bystanders. There's no excuse for what I've done.
I had to sacrifice some sound quality for the voice manipulation, but I'm still REALLY happy with how this turned out ^_^
(Leaving this critique specifically because I was asked to by the submitter) Truthfully, I'm not a fan of this. I am all for people adding the reverb and the demonic elements to Asriel's god form, but to me it just doesn't work when his voice is COMPLETELY Satan-level demonic. I agree with how you envision Asriel's voice. If it weren't for the fact that I've already had quite a few people audition in the manner I had explained in the description, I'd probably go back and alter it to reflect it in the way you described. As it stands however, I'm not going to stomp on the toes of the people who already followed the instructions I gave. What I might do is add this as an alternative way of saying the lines. Regardless of what I do, I listen to every audition and consider them equally, so nobody has an advantage just because they auditioned sooner than the other person or got more votes.
I tried my hardest to find a better voice change to fit the new description, but I couldn't. So I decided to stick with the one I already have. I'm sorry :(
At this point, all I can do is cross my fingers.
Addendum: The critique I left above applies to more than just this individual's audition; it's hard for me to (silently) judge some of the others because the voice levels are rather low. If anyone is interested in a 'vocal' sample of what I'm talking about, feel free to PM me.
Well that's pretty easy to fix. Thank you for the critique and I'll see if I can redo this ^_^
As someone who's never done any voice acting projects outside of this, I was wondering if I could get some feedback on my own. On reflection... and realizing Asriel actually temporarily "Grows Up", I'll admit the voice for older Asriel is a little high pitched, but I still think I did fairly well.
