The Owner is the (apparent) ruler of this world. He seems to be pretty godlike, using magic, teleporting himself and The Man, while at the same time staying calm. The Owner is NOT evil, yet he more resembles a force of neutrality. He appears evil to The Man, but as would any low pitched, all powerful, gambling, faceless person. His voice is very low and slow, Giving a sense of fear. Not GRUFF but low.
