Toto is Dorothy's imaginary friend from her childhood who ultimately helps her focus and make decisions during tough and sticky situations.

Since "Of Oz" is a fantasy / half-comedy, I won't be relying too much on the musical aspect of things, though having the chosen voice actress sing small bits here and there would be an incredible plus.
