Ferrar (Sounds like the first two syllables of Ferrari) presents himself as a friendly, good-old-boy sheriff. Beneath that, he's a very bitter, jaded man who is angry at the world for where he has found himself.
Well, New Rockwell was built around the sulfur mines in the area. The mines ran dry a while back, but as you can see, we're doing better than ever. Personally, I attribute the success to our local businesses.
