Hopper's dad! He's not a man of many words, and he has trouble picking the right ones when the situation calls for it, but this guy knows his stuff when it comes to fixing up cars. He frequently worries about Hopper and can come off as overbearing in dialogue, even though he is not soft, at all.
(This character also appears less frequently than Hopper and Tarek!)
