is the resident manager at the male dormitory where Youhei lives. Although kind, she is very strict when it comes to the dorm rules, and is most often accompanied by her cat. Prior to her graduation, she was the school's first female student council president, and remains somewhat of a legend to the student body. Because of this, she is greatly admired by Tomoyo Sakagami, who often comes to her for advice in her position as student council president.
