Rex Raptor used to be a big deal one day but has since then seen his popularity sink. As such, he finds himself working with Weevil Underwood to basically bully and annoy everyone around them. That being said, to quote the wiki,"though Rex is vengeful, arrogant, and tyrannical, he plays fairly".
