You’ll be narrating engaging science fiction stories, typically 6,000–7,000 words each, and recording a short 20-second on-camera introduction per video. The ideal candidate is confident, animated, and not afraid to try out alien voices or dive deep into character-driven narration.

Responsibilities:

  • Narrate 6,000–7,000 word sci-fi stories in a clear, engaging, and character-rich voice

  • Record a short (~20 second) on-camera introduction for each story

  • Maintain a consistent upload schedule (aiming for approx ~1 per day)

  • Meet agreed-upon deadlines with reliability and professionalism

  • Work collaboratively with a team of experienced narrators, editors, and writers

  • Comfortable performing different character voices, including aliens and other sci-fi personalities

  • A hard-working, team-oriented mentality and strong communication skills

  • Excellent time management and follow-through on commitments

  • Enthusiasm for sci-fi storytelling

What You’ll Get:

  • $35-$50+ per completed video

  • Exposure to millions of monthly viewers

  • Dedicated fanbase development — you will be credited and visible on camera

  • Be part of a fun, fast-moving, and supportive creative team

  • Mentorship and collaboration opportunities with experienced voice actors and creators

How to Apply:

To apply for this role, please follow the steps below carefully:

📌 Step 1: Submit a Short Voice Audition Record a short voice audition using the script provided in this job description. We’re listening for character, tone, confidence, and your ability to perform multiple voices — including aliens and other sci-fi personalities.

Please include your discord username so we can contact you. You can either write it in your submission or clearly spell it verbally at the end of your audition.

📌 Step 2: Short Trial (If Selected) If your voice audition is a good fit, we’ll invite you to a short trial round. In this step, you'll:

  • Narrate a short section from one of our real sci-fi stories on-camera

This gives us a chance to see your on-camera presence and narration style in action.

We’re looking for energy, character, and passion — don’t be afraid to get weird, wild, or creative! Confidence and reliability are everything. If you love storytelling and want to grow with a YouTube channel taking the sci-fi world by storm, we want to hear from you.FYI: We do use ai generated visuals in our stories to express scifi characters (aliens etc). If this is somehow a deal-breaker for you, please do not apply.

  • "Patrols are running standard routes. Thermal sensors are active. The perimeter is quiet," Rina reported. She had named her latest custom-built drone The Swan with a level of irony only she appreciated. The machine was a functional beast of carbon fiber, epoxy resin, and salvaged servomotors, resembling a mechanical spider that had survived a collision with a lawnmower. "And they're Axiom security, Tariq. Corporate guards, a far cry from some ancient imperial legion." "Details, details," Tariq gestured dismissively. "They wear black armor, carry big guns, and protect the mysterious citadel. They might as well be imperial guards." He looked over at Julian, who had remained quiet, tracing the constellations. "You with us, Jules? Or are you calculating orbital mechanics again?"
