A timid, shy little Totodile from the backwater swamps, kicked out because he was too kind/intelligent for his species. He is saved (by accident) by Riolu and ever since then follows him aroumd, curious about this drunken little blue fuzz ball of a human.
He's the heart of Team Aura, the one who'd run into a burning building to save a pokemon indeed. A "never leave a man behind" type of personality. He doesn't like to fight unless it's in self defense, so he'd never be the one to start a fight.
For a pPokemon, he's suprisingly tech savvy when it comes to human tech. He's built multiple useful devices for the resistance base he works at. Such as conveyor belts, generators, carts, etc.
For a Totodile, he's actually afraid of the Ocean! But feels at home in a swampy terrain.
I was thinking either a light american accent, a bit of a soft voice unless he's raising it. Or a light british accent (nothing too thick like "Oy you wot m8?")
"A, human? Uh buddy I might need to take you back to base. You might have hit your head or something..."
"I may not like to fight, but that doesn't mean I'm not good at it!" *shout attack name*
"Hey, you're not the only one in a bad situation now alright? Don't you think about the ones around you?"
