Muffet is the queen of the spiders. She speaks with a very sultry voice. She is angry at the player because she assumes that he/she did not buy anything at the spider bake sale.
*spiders chitter in the background, gossiping about the player. The spider boss then appears.*
I heard... That they're awfully stingy with their money.

Really fond of this, but, uh, did you maybe reuse the same laugh-clip for every instance of her giggling?

Spot on, I'd say! Though you might want to vary the tone/cadence/whatever of the laugh a little bit, as hearing (what sounds like) the same giggle-clip over and over could be a little annoying. I'm not blaming you for it though, since it was in the script. Just something to consider for the official reading! Upvoted.
This is easily my favourite. Most people seem to miss that Muffet is meant to be a child, and you get it spot on in the middle. The only thing that could make this more perfect in my eyes is a slight posh english accent but thats just my head canon :L
