Jesse Custer is the main character of the series and is the titular preacher.  Jesse is a Texas boy, born and raised.  After getting possessed by a being named Genesis, Jesse gains "The Word of God"., which let's him order anyone to do anything.  With this and his friends, Jesse goes on a search for God himself.


So, for the voice I would like a Texan accent who sounds confident, cool and with a slight snarky side.  As for the word of god, I want it sound commanding, feel free to use filters if you want  

  • You know what? I'm gonna go look for him. I don't care how long it takes or where I have to go.  I'm gonna find him.  An' I'm gonna make him tell his people what he's done.

  • - Word of God - Drop the gun, all of you.  And let us go

  • You're gonna wish your daddy pulled out early
