Elmer Wysler was the founder and first mayor of Bloxington. On October 1888, when Elmer realized he could summon a genie in the middle of the woods, he did so. A genie named Shagus then emerged and asks Elmer for three wishes. Elmer's three wishes were to create the town of Bloxington, be the first mayor of the town, and create three elemental fairies that serve as protectors of the town.


Considering that this video will be Elmer's first time appearing in a video, he doesn't have any previous voice actors. His voice will be entirely new.
