Ryco has always been a cheery and confident person, but with a low metabolism hes always gained weight easily, so when he started running to lose weight he found that he really enjoyed it, he found that he could run for hours on end without getting tired or breaking a sweat, he soon got back to his slim and fit self and decided to join th3e track team where he instantly stood out with his talent.
