Due to events happening when she was a child, Katsu began to believe her entire life and personality is boring, so she started coming up with fiction to put her fantasies in. Once invited to Hopes Peak, she realized that these people were the best of people, and decided to take her place as a burden to push them to their limits. She claims that it's her duty as a nobody, and thinks of herself as easily disposable. Also she carries around a white paper mask with a face drawn on it in red marker, which she wears some of the time. Again I am flexible with her voice, but I'd say middle tone is right.
