He has an excitable, impulsive personality and speaks in an Australian accent, as implied by his Australia shaped chest hair. Hale serves as an occasional narrator and his adventures drive much of the story. For this character specifically, I'm not looking for an exact impression. His energetic moments should have the same feel, but overall, the voice needs to be more subdued for this comic.
