Rafayel is a 24-year-old painter well-known for his elaborate paintings. Not only is he a painter, but he's a Lemurian, one of the last of his kind. Lemurians are akin to sirens in the Love and Deepspace lore. He seems very playful and childish to those that know him well, but he's actually quite a distant and closed off person, having a hidden melancholy to him.
What's key to Rafayel is catching the changes in his voice! Rafayel is a very dual-faceted person, captured by his moments of childishness and sudden moments of seriousness. His voice is very melodic, having a very specific cadence to it. Do keep this in mind! He requires quite the range. Try to get it as close as possible as you can to the voice below!
