Voice: Kira needs to sound believably and effortlessly youthful, making the disconnect between her age and appearance and her standing as a killer more apparent. Her voice should function equally well in quiet moments as well as fierce battles, always on the razor’s edge between cute and cool. Capable of sounding icy cold as well as innocently warm. Deep down, she is like a marshmallow with a pair of knives.
