General Mist is Viciouz’s Second-In command. an expert brawler possessing agility, flight and his sharp spear. he’s arrogant, he’s overconfident and quite petty. That doesn’t stop him from being one of Team Bolt’s biggest threats (Even if he fails most of the time)


For his voice I'm looking for something resembling Tom Kenny's Starscream in Transformers Animated or Richard Horvitz's Invader Zim
