He's a clever unicorn stallion with a curious mind and a knack for technology. He's a Time Lord from the distant planet Azureous, a world renowned for its advanced science and mystical energies. In this incarnation, he met a stallion who just appeared in his Tardis and also found out who this mysterious brown pegasus was. Also, this is a version after the time war.

And he sometimes talks too fast or discusses random sci-fi topics, which nobody understands, so he explains them in the simplest terms for the equestrians.
