Voice Description

Ava is void of emotion.Simply speaking with her conveys that she sees the world from an entirely different perspective from everyone else. She seems obsessed with verbally attacking others' psychological weaknesses.Subtle accents are welcome.

 Character Description
Ava is the oldest woman among the cast, being in her mid-forties. Forced into becoming a malignant and tortured for the sake of the 'Catalyst Project's advancements on a daily basis for over a decade has left her disconnected from the world/others. Without emotions to cloud her, she exhibits a strong connection to 'The Wake.' A collective subconscious shared among all creatures but mostly between malignant, who are shown to have greater access to it. Ava uses this connection to 'The Wake' to feel others' impulses/emotions and to uncover the inner demons of any individual to her own benefit. Due to prolonged exposure to injections, her body has adapted to the serum, requiring it to constantly having to be fed into her to sustain the effects. This coupled with torture/time as a malignant has overhauled her regenerative ability. This, however, also comes as a crippling flaw. Meaning, in terms of physical altercations, that Ava is always working on a time limit as she can only carry so much supply with her at a time. For Ava to experience withdraw at this stage would result in death. A concept that has been lost to her. She has experienced torture methods/experiments that should have resulted in her death thousands of times over, causing her to identify death with becoming numb.

  • "That's a cute expression. Are you angry? Do you hate me? Or are you just growing more and more frustrated with yourself? [Pause] Could it be that we're finally realizing just how powerless we are? It's a beautiful thing: to see a child come into maturity."

  • "I heard you popping off at the mouth earlier. Suffering. What could you possibly understand about it? After all, you kids still feel them, right? Joy, sorrow, disgust, admiration-all emotions. All things that I have grown numb to. How could you possibly understand it?"

  • "Isha? Ishan? Why concern yourself with them? These countries, these people... they'd all be better off numb."
