The voice we’re looking for for Sage should be calm, intelligent, and emotionally restrained, with a tone similar to Ryan Bartley. The performance should feel soft and composed on the surface, carrying an analytical, almost clinical clarity, while still allowing subtle emotion to emerge in quieter moments. This voice should sound observant and thoughtful, as if every word is carefully chosen and processed before being spoken.
The voice actor must be comfortable with improvisation and able to adapt naturally during gameplay recordings, delivering lines that feel responsive and in-the-moment. Experience with VRChat is a strong plus, as it allows for more expressive, embodied performances in video content. If VRChat isn’t available, that’s no issue at all. We can pair the voice actor with a body actor and seamlessly dub the voice over the performance.
