Since The children don't really have canon voices (Besides Amanda), I will let you guys do what ever voice you think this certain character would have! But I will try to give you some hints.
I see Lucien with the most Angsty voice, Sorta low but like not too low since hes like 15-17. Maybe give him a voice like as if you were tired of the world, and really don't care of anything. Like you're always tired.... And sigh.. a lot.

 is the son of Damien. The first Time you see him, he is described as a discount Gerard Way. Despite being a rebellious teenager, he seems to have a loving relationship with his dad, as seen in dialogue during the first date with Damien and at the player's graduation party for Amanda.
