Cloudburst is a powerful and sassy villain who work's in Zeke's team. She's a little older, and has fierce ice/ water powers. She appears later on, in the same battle as Whirlwind.


She should have a smooth and more middle-pitched, or even lower-pitched voice. I'm also looking for those with good dictation and clarity in their words, and someone with an American accent.

  • (Cocky and sassy, as she slyly ambushes Pink Orchid and Whirlwind) Your sweet shifter is currently occupied... so he won't be joining us.

  • (Sassy and determined, as she demands for Whirlwind to capture) So hand. Her. Over. Or what happens next is on you.
