Character: Tatsumi's childhood friend. Growing up they were neighbors and when they were very young they promised to marry some day which Tatsumi barely remembers much to her frustration. Her Familiar is Neo a cat-type familiar. She is a user of wind magic. She tries her hardest to be very lady like.
