She dresses casually in oversized sweaters, bell bottoms, and a purse, with a laid-back yet mysterious vibe.

Her vocal direction should capture her playful, and sultry yet sarcastic personality. For any reference on accent, think of Princess Tiana from Princess and the Frog (also due to Luna being African American), meaning she should have something of a New Orleans-style accent.
