I woke up with a pain going thru my whole body. I opened my eyes and I was in a bed in a room I had never been in. I tried to sit up but the pain in my side was too great and I scream out in pain instead. When I caught my breath my hands went to the twine around my neck I looked down and my red stone was still there and looked like they did not touch it. I then lifted up the nightshirt I was in. I saw new baggage over my breast and all the way down my side. I sighed and thought well they now that I am a girl and not a guy. A knock on my door made my thoughts go away. I dropped my nightshirt and closed my eyes. Hoping that they would think I was still asleep. The person came thru the door. A man said, “don’t act like you are asleep I know you are not.” I opened my eyes and to my surprise, I saw someone dressed in robes and clothes fit for a king. In my head, it was like the brain kicked on. So I am in a castle and if that is the king or lord. I blew out the air in my cheeks. The man looked over to me and said “forgive me for my lack of manners. I am king Richard Remington. I am the king of Dalmerlington. And who are you?” “Uhh. . . you mean my name? your Majesty?” “Yes as in what do people call you.” “People call me? What do people call me?” “Maybe your memory is not back yet.” he said with a questioning eyebrow “No my name is Max. your Majesty.” “Max? That is a boy's name. is it not?” “Yea, but that is what my friends call me.”
