Kokichi Oma is known as the Ultimate Supreme Leader, as a weird a talent as that is, he's actually the leader of an evil secret organisation that apparently has over 10,000 members! Or... that's what he says at least, he is a known liar and acts like a mischievous kid. English dub voice preferred, but a medium-high (more to the high side) pitch, child like voice is great too.

  • Who creates a robot without a rocket punch? Why do you even exist? (Sad and disappointed, last line should be said in a little bit of a rude way)
