Fern is a bit of an odd-ball. All around hes a pretty positive dude, but something about him is a bit unsettling. I'm indecisive on what voice to give him, currently I can see him either being from another country other then America or Britain, and I can see him having a voice of a young punk living life to the fullest with the addition of drugs.
