A young boy who is self-isolated in a depressive cycle due to his long-term illness, struggling to find the remaining meaning of living through every day. He is Anja's main client in this film, feeling pain and despair every passing day. To escape from his harsh reality, he tries to relieve and numb himself by hiding underneath his blanket all day and taking anti-depressants (symbolized by the purple crocus flower). 

He should have a gentle, frail voice (a slightly feminine male). Sometimes, it grows frantic when he's anxious and in despair.

Please include a mixture of the following in your audition:

1. Audition Line: "I don't want to be here..."

Here, the boy is experiencing a depressive cycle where he simply wants to leave the world he is in. He feels alone, and desperately wants to escape from his life in the hospital, and fails to find meaning in trying to hold on. He should sound shaken, weak, half crying, and a little bit numb. Please experiment with different levels of emotional intensity if you'd like!

Supplementary ad-libs: "Leave me alone..."

2. Shaky, panicking breathing / quiet, painful crying.

The boy is at an emotional low, and has been hyperventilating from echoing the voices of the nurses and crying all the time alone in his hospital room. Sometimes, he feels too tired to cry full out, since he's already been doing it so much every passing day. Please be creative with how to approach this feeling!
