Kitty externally acts like this cutesy, bubbly and kawaii girl however all of that is a persona Kitty puts on in order to get more attention. In reality Kitty is someone whom is tired of having to play this role however is stuck in this cycle, because if she stops pretending now she will lose everything she worked hard for, because she feels like her actual personality is boring and not as entertaining.

This makes Kitty extremely burnt out, bitter and very pessimistic, having this very melancolic style of humor, because she is so tired of the persona she forced herself to play.

As a result Kitty tends to be very defensive and paranoid, latching on to the safest person, whom allows her to rant about her frustrations.
