Is he a crow or a guy wearing a crow's mask? Regardless, he's the manager of Hex-mart, and it's really important for two tones to be present in his lines: bossiness, then love/admiration.
Lines 1 and 2 should be bossy, stern, angry, whatever you think makes a particularly aggravating boss.
Line 3, however, occurs when he's under the spell of a siren, so his attitude towards her should be completely different.
