The second mastermind is a woman who... dragged the first into the project with big puppy eyes. She's cunning, manipulative, and despite her role as the second mastermind she is regarded as having the most power out of the three.
Her voice should rest mid-low. A good reference for her is Claire François, or Junko Enoshima's "Royal" personality.
