Quill-Weave is an Argonian (Ar-go-neean) novelist who takes pity on the poor Katia, and wants to help her get her life back on track. She has a good head on her shoulders and has a good sense of empathy.

Argonians in any Elder Scrolls game have a very distinct voice to make them sound more reptilian. The only problem is that it could smother the chance for good emotion. I won't discard anyone who does this voice, but I do discourage it.

  • My name is Quill-Weave, I’m a novelist. I mostly write stories about the gritty, merciless struggles of the lower classes. I have to admit, that’s kind of why I found you interesting; you’ve introduced me to a whole new level of lower-class.

  • I’m actually leaving tonight to do some research for my next book, though I need this letter delivered to the nearby city of Kvatch as soon as possible. All you’d have to do is travel to Kvatch, deliver the letter to the local bookstore, and then return with the reply.
